Congregational Life Committee
The
Congregational Life Committee has a lot of jobs! They organize special
events for the whole congregation such as the Ice Cream Social, Annual
Picnic/barbecue, the Scrambles groups, and Bee There Sunday.
In
addition, a major on-going task of the committee is lining up people to
make coffee every Sunday and for some special events. Treats, both
savory and sweet, are enjoyed with the hot coffee or tea. Sometimes
those making the coffee will bring some in; sometimes people not
assigned to making the coffee will bring treats in to add to what the
"coffee people" supply.
The Congregational Life Committee is
part of the glue that holds the congregation together.
