Opportunities to Serve

Aptos UMC has many opportunities to get involved and serve the Lord. Young or old, tall or small, there's a volunteer position waiting for you at Aptos UMC. The following is a partial list of current needs. Let us know where you would like to serve.

Sundays before, during, and after Church

Sunday Morning Usher
Sunday Sound Team
Sunday morning fellowship crew (coffee hour)
Sunday Morning Flowers
Sunday Morning Setup (bulletin boards, boat, book market)
Book Market (first Sunday each month)

Weekday/Evening opportunies

Monthly Newsletter fold and stamp team
Monthly Newsletter copying
Occasional dinner for member with emergency/health crisis
Occasional Food delivery for member with emergency
Rides for members unable to drive to Doctors, Church, etc.
Special events help. (Art Faire, Easter, etc)
Church Grounds/Landscaping Maintenance
Touch Up Painting
Kitchen Towels Laundry
Occasional Kitchen Cleaning
